Powerhouse - Battery Technology for Film and Video Cameras.

Powerhouse goal is to provide our customers with dependable rechargeable battery systems to power film and video cameras. In order to achieve our goal, we must adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment and Sales Tax
Powerhouse accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and Optima credit cards, Personal checks and Money Orders for all purchases. Powerhouse only charges sales tax on shipments to California destinations. Powerhouse charges your credit card for the entire order amount once you complete your order request. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available.

2. Shipping
Powerhouse attempts to ship all orders on the next day unless product is on back order or special order status. Products can be shipped using UPS, UPS 2nd Day, standard FedEx two day air, Overnight or priority.

3. Delivery Status
To check the status of your delivery, Powerhouse will provide you with UPS or FedEx Shipping tracking number.

4. Warranty & Return Policy
All products sold by Powerhouse are covered under a one year guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund for ninety days and for replacement for one year, subject to inspection and restrictions by Powerhouse.

5. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
a. All returned products must be returned with its original serial numbers.
b. Certain items and all custom or special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
c. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
d. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and or service and repair charges.
e. Shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance fees are not refundable.
f. After the first ninety days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with Powerhouse.

6. Customer Service Department
Contact the Powerhouse Customer Service for the following: Product not as advertised Wrong quantity shipped Wrong item shipped Freight damage

7. Order Cancellation
Powerhouse reserves the right to cancel a sale or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.

8. Advertising Disclaimer
Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.

9. Fraud
It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. We have a sophisticated Fraud Control system that screens for suspicious orders, which are subject to investigation and possible Cancellation by our Fraud Control team. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
